• A ticket admits one named person and must be presented (digital or printed) at registration.
• Tickets may be transferred to another person up to 7 days before the summit by emailing us.
• VIP tickets include the additional benefits listed at the time of purchase.
• We reserve the right to refuse admission where a ticket is invalid or duplicated.

Early bird pricing, Regular $147 (regular price $197) and VIP $347 (regular price $397), is valid until 15 August. Prices are in USD and exclude any local taxes or payment processor fees.

The agenda, speakers and venue are subject to change. We will notify ticket holders by email of any material change. A change of speaker or session is not grounds for a refund.

Asia Automated is an intimate, professional gathering. Harassment, aggressive selling, or disruptive behaviour will result in removal without refund. Recording of sessions is not permitted without written consent.

Attendees are responsible for their own travel, accommodation, insurance and Thai visa requirements. We can provide an invitation letter on request for visa purposes.

Asia Automated is not liable for any indirect loss, including travel or accommodation costs, arising from cancellation, postponement or force majeure. Our maximum liability is limited to the ticket price paid.

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.
