Shipping & Delivery Policy

Asia Automated sells digital event tickets. Nothing physical is shipped to complete your purchase.

1. Digital Delivery

Your ticket is delivered by email immediately after payment is confirmed, usually within a few minutes. It contains a QR code used for check-in at the venue in Bangkok.

2. Delivery Issues

If your ticket has not arrived within 24 hours, check your spam and promotions folders first, then email support@adsummits.org with the name and email used at checkout. We will resend it.

3. On-Site Collection

Badges, lanyards and any VIP materials are collected in person at the registration desk on 5 December 2026. Bring your ticket QR code and a photo ID.

4. Merchandise

If physical merchandise is offered in future, it will be distributed at the venue only. We do not currently ship goods internationally.

5. Fees

There are no shipping or delivery fees. Ticket prices are all-inclusive of delivery.
