Cancellation & Refund Policy

Asia Automated is an intimate summit with a strictly limited number of seats, so we plan capacity around confirmed tickets. Please read this policy before purchasing.

1. Standard Refund Window

Full refund (less payment processing fees) if you cancel more than 60 days before 5 December 2026.
50% refund if you cancel between 60 and 30 days before the summit.
No refund within 30 days of the summit, but your ticket can be transferred.

2. Ticket Transfers

You may transfer your Regular or VIP ticket to a colleague free of charge up to 7 days before the event. Email the new attendee's full name and email address to us and we will reissue the ticket.

3. No-Shows

Tickets not used on the day are non-refundable and cannot be credited to a future edition.

4. If We Cancel or Postpone

If Asia Automated is cancelled by the organisers, ticket holders receive a full refund of the ticket price. If the summit is postponed, your ticket is automatically valid for the new date, or you may request a full refund within 14 days of the announcement. We are not liable for travel or accommodation costs.

5. How to Request a Refund

Email support@adsummits.org with your order number. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days.
